Puppy Questionnaire
If you are interested in a Bingobyre puppy, we ask that you complete the questionnaire below. In order to ensure a happy, lifelong relationship with your new dog, it is important to select a pup whose personality, age, gender and qualities best suit your family and lifestyle.
Puppies will be health checked, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and registered with the Canadian Kennel Club. A written health guarantee, lifetime return clause and breeder support, as well as six week complementary health insurance are also included.
Companion puppies are sold on non breeding contracts and include a spay/neuter agreement.
